Terms of service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you’re agreeing to the terms of service belowAny statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission

1. GENERAL TERMS.

Please write in a clear and nice manner. Keep in mind that English it’s not my first Language.
Provide neat references. If you don’t have a full reference sheet, I can still work with any example drawing of the character, but it must be digital.
I won’t work with traditional references.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

2. PAYMENT

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. However, if the queue is long, you can wait until I’m ready to start.
The currency accepted is ONLY USD. The paying method is Paypal.
I won’t accept pre-paid visa cards.

3. PROCESS & COMMUNICATION

I will aim to reply to any queries within 48 hours, if it goes over 48 hours, it may be that I’ve forgotten and you can re-message me again.
I can reply with any updates to your commission if desired.
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, the order of the commission, complexity, Work, school, or family issues. You can always check Trello for information on your commission status.
If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

4.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
Any change can be made during the sketch stage.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

5. USAGE POLICY

As the artist, I own the final artwork due to copyright law. I have full publication and printing rights. If I do choose to print your artwork, out of respect for you, the commissioner, will ask first before doing so.
You may repost the artwork to your FA/Twitter/Weasyl/SoFurry/Furry network. Credit to me much be given and link back to my Twitter, FA, or website.

6.CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
